Cancellations

To ensure that a course booking is confirmed, payment or a purchase order must be supplied. All registrations may be cancelled up to five (5) business days prior to the date of the course without incurring any penalties.

Cancellations received less than five (5) business days prior to the course shall incur a 25% administration fee.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled course shall incur a 50% fee of the course fee and any expenses incurred in engagement of trainer.

TCA Partners Training reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolments or to conditions beyond its control. Notification of any cancellation will be made as early as practical and include a full refund

Transfers

Transfers may be made without charge prior to course commencement.

Refund Policy

On completion of the course, should a customer not be satisfied, the following will apply:

  1. The complaint will be investigated using the customer complaint guidelines set out in the TCA Quality System and the customer advised of the outcome.
  2. Should the complaint be found to be valid, the customer will be offered another course at no cost or a refund of the full amount.

Payment by credit card

Details obtained on the Unit Registration Form

Cost charged to the credit card on the day training takes place

Statements of Attainment issued within five (5) working days of the training taking place

Company

Purchase Order in place

TCA Partners Training will raise an Invoice for the training to be facilitated. Payment as per Service Agreement

  • Purchase order for the training must be received five (5) working days before the training takes place
  • Payment is maximum 7 days after the training takes place
  • If the accounts payable system does not allow 7 day payment then a company credit card must be used

    Without Purchase Order in place

  • Payment by credit card
  • Details obtained on the Unit Registration Form
  • Cost charged to the credit card on the day training takes place
  • Statements of Attainment issued within five (5) working days of the training taking place

Note: Statements of Attainment for attendees will not be issued until full payment is received

Confirmation of Booking

 

Written confirmation of your booking will be sent on receipt of your application.

TCA Partners Training reserves the right to withdraw any participant from a course if payment has not been received in accordance with our payment terms. Course fee includes learner training material, refreshments and lunch, if appropriate.
